Shipping Policy – Sanskriti Styles Studio

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping from Sanskriti Styles Studio. We deliver to all valid postal addresses across the globe. Kindly note that courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so please ensure your shipping address includes a complete street address and correct PIN/ZIP code.

Residential Deliveries

Please be aware that for residential addresses in the USA and some other countries, if no one is available to receive the package, the courier may leave the parcel at the door without a signature. Delivery confirmation may not be available in such cases from our shipping partners like DHL, FedEx, USPS, TNT, UPS, DTDC, Speed Post, and others.

To avoid delivery disputes, kindly ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are typically made during standard business hours, which vary by country.

  • No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in countries following a 5-day work week.

  • In several Islamic countries, Fridays are observed as weekly holidays.

  • Saturday deliveries may be possible on request and at an additional charge, depending on the region.

Please note: No shipments are dispatched from our facility on Sundays and public holidays in India, as our logistics partners do not operate pickups on those days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not included in the price of each product. This allows us to offer you reduced shipping costs on multiple items within a single order.

  • Shipping rates are weight-based, and product weight can be found on individual product pages.

  • All weights are rounded up to the next 500 grams for shipping purposes.

  • For international orders, the larger your order, the more economical the per-item shipping rate.

📦 Free Shipping Across India: We proudly offer free delivery to any address within India. Make sure to provide the complete address with PIN code to avoid delays.

Shipping Gifts to India

If you're sending a gift to family or friends in India, we ensure timely and secure delivery. However, incomplete addresses can lead to postal delays, which we cannot be held responsible for.

Transit Time

We ship all orders via priority international air couriers such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, DTDC, and SpeedPost, with estimated delivery between 3 to 7 business days for major cities across USA, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.

  • Slower and more economical shipping options may be available on request.

  • For bulk orders, contact us at sanskritistylesstudio@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote.

Note: Some products may be shipped separately due to availability, ensuring safe transit. You may receive multiple deliveries for a single order.

Transit Risk

Once the package is delivered and marked as “delivered” by the courier service, Sanskriti Styles Studio is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

Shipment & Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner details

  • Estimated delivery date

Please allow 24 business hours for the tracking number to activate on the courier website. You can also check tracking details via the Order Status section on our website.

Address Changes

Once your order is placed, changes are not permitted. However, if you need to make an address correction, email us at sanskritistylesstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We’ll try our best to accommodate the change.

Multiple Addresses

Currently, orders can be shipped to only one address per transaction. To ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Incorrect / Incomplete Addresses

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate. If a courier company charges penalties due to incorrect or mismatched ZIP codes or incomplete information, the customer is liable for such charges.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

Packaging

Each product is carefully packed in protective polythene and corrugated boxes to ensure safe delivery. We use first-class air courier services for all shipments, which are usually delivered within 3-7 business days from dispatch.

Estimated Time to Ship

Estimated shipping times are displayed on each product page. These are approximate values and may vary based on stock availability, processing time, or special requests.

  • Most orders are processed within 48-72 hours of being placed.

  • You can expect delivery within 7–15 business days from the date of order.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Stock availability

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for delivery delays. In case of unusual delays, we will notify you via email. In such instances, we may ship your order in parts or refund any unshipped items.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Import VAT, duties, and customs fees vary by country and are not included in our prices or checkout process.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.

  • Our shipping partners (DHL, FedEx, etc.) may collect these charges on behalf of your country’s customs.

  • Sanskriti Styles Studio is not liable for customs delays or charges.

📌 For U.S. Customers:
As per U.S. Customs regulations (effective August 27, 2025), clothing imports from India may be subject to duties and tariffs. These charges must be paid at delivery and are not managed by Sanskriti Styles Studio.

📌 For EU Customers:
As per new VAT rules effective July 1, 2021, VAT is applicable on all shipments. VAT/duties are not included in product prices and must be borne by the customer at delivery.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will wait for 15 business days before reprocessing or reshipping your order.

Billing vs. Shipping Address

  • Billing Address: The address associated with your payment method.

  • Shipping Address: The address where you want the products delivered.

Please ensure both addresses are entered correctly to avoid any issues during payment or delivery.
